Booking conditions:
Bookings can be made by telephone, email or post. Booking will be confirmed on receipt of a 50% Euros deposit bank cheque or bank transfer plus €35 booking fee. Balance is due 3 months prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation received more than 60 days prior to arrival will be a full refund (less a €35 non refundable admin fee) when written notice of cancellation more than 60 days prior to arrival.
Cancellations received 45 days prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation charge of 50%.
No refund will be made for cancellations received less than 45 days prior to arrival
(unless another client can be found for your booking) in which case you will be refunded in full less the admin charge of €35.
Once the week has commenced there will be no refunds on unused days.
Travel insurance is highly recommended.

- Train: Toulouse Matabiau
*Transfers from Toulouse Blagnac or Toulouse Matabiau are included in the tariff. These transfers will apply between 10.30 AM and 4.30 PM on the dates of arrival and departure.
Outside these times and in the case of a delay of more than two hours on any flight there is a charge of €100 to offset taxi costs. Collection on other points of arrival can be arranged on request.
